It is our desire that each and
every order you receive is in good condition. If for some reason
you are not satisfied with your flowers, you need to call or fax
us within 24 hours from the time you receive the flowers. We will
investigate and get back to you promptly. It is our policy to give
you replacement flowers whenever possible. If we deem it is not
possible, then we will credit your invoice. Crediting or replacing
is at our discretion.
Please note: No
credits or replacements will be given if we do not receive notice
of a problem within 24 hours of delivery.
